If you mean here these settings, then it is set to drink at 10% eat if less than 50% But in fact the bot sits down to drink after 1-2 mobs, 

Manna 5000 descends after 1-2 mobs to 4000 and he sits down to drink sometimes lacks only 500 manna and he sits down to drink

wrobot on warmane will always use BOTH (mana and health food) if any of the 2 conditions are met (mana or food)

By the way - you didnt click "use drink".
