My WRobot was unable to log in to the server two days ago and my key did not expire. When I clicked on the run, I was prompted to turn off the anti-virus software. I turned off the firewall and anti-virus software, but the problem was not solved. I tried to reinstall WRobot and when I clicked on the update, I was prompted "Error during download, please send verif link". The update could not be completed. please help me! Thank you.
