Blue Herb that's not gatherable, can't get bot to skip.

There's a blue herb in Townlong Steps, it's violet citron, (82342) and I've added it to my blacklist but the bot still just goes and sits at it. How can I make it skip this while gathering herbs?

82342 is item id (no world object id), object id is 211721 and 211719. Add this id in do not harvest list.
