I am using DisposeCustomClass(); to prevent the FC from trying to go through a rotation to collect mobs. Then I would use LoadCustomClass (); to begin the attack. I'll try what you're suggesting when I get home.

Okay this is odd. If it's XML it creates the item once and done. If I convert it to C# it casts it even if it's in the bag.

That was it. My apologies. I was using the 7.1.5 version of wManager on live.
