I do not know if this fits into a bug, but I tested Automaton and I did not like it, I used the paladino retribution and it listens to flaws:

1 - kept spinning the mob madly.

2 - used the item to regenerate mana, then imterronpia to heal, then returned to use the mana regeneration item (item wastage). (possible solution, only heals when mana is full)

3 - For several times my character has been hitting on simple obstacles. (In honorbuddy this did not happen.)

I'm sad because such a basic geolocation issue WRobot can not do perfectly.

But tb understand if there is only one programmer for all the work.

The file is a 1KB file, because it's encrypted. It downloads the right version.
Clicking the "settings" will not work on my fightclasses, because all settings are handled in-game.

Have you tried reading the FAQ?
    In short:
    1. Your WRobot can not be trial version.
    2. Your game must be English
    3. Try reinstalling your WRobot into a new folder.
    4. Try reinstalling wow.

I guess the error on the 2nd picture we see might indicate the file is blocked, which can be unblocked/unchecked in the file properties, right?

Is this about retail or generally?

I have never had problems with that on either retail or private servers, but retail botting is kinda dead now, and it wouldn't be needed for private servers at least as far as i know

my friend said his wrobot does not do this. I cant figure out how to make it stop going between the battle masters if a que doesn't pop right away. it waits about 10 seconds then ques up again.(or tries to) but its walking back and forth is very annoying and obvious. thx

Could it depend on the server? Happened to me on some specific TBC servers too.

    Proxy server added: https://prnt.sc/jf1lj5
Rules: http://prntscr.com/jf1m3k - host is missing, i've used *.warmane.com but it's same shit.
please tell me what i'm doing wrong?

    Thank you!

Try to show me the test results of your proxy and could you try to duplicate wow and call it wow_1.exe?

    Hello,

I noticed the bot chooses random players to follow. However, it frequently changes the player it follows. Sometimes it chose a player that is way too far ignoring the nearby ones. Also, sometimes it chose to follow a player that is fighting 1v6 enemy, which is pretty bad. Is there a way to fix this?

The problem with following too far players is that it randomly stops following the nearby ones and chooses a player that just joined the BG. Then it starts moving back to the beginning. Then it changes again to a player too far, and it starts moving back again to the other direction. These random changes makes it hard to look humanized.

Are you using profiles or running the BG bot profileless?

    I honestly have not tested.

    Here it shows in log:

You should go ahead and do so and if it persists on other servers too Droidz might be willing to push a fix

EDIT: Make sure it's not an addon like ChatSounds or something like that that could do some kind of interference.

So be sure to try a fresh wRobot install without plugins etc + WoW with all addons disabled.

    Check eventually this post:

Yes but the fact that it identify it as whisper makes it hard for me to track my toon. I still need warnings if I get whisper from people to watch my account.

Have you tested if it is expansion or server specific? If wRobot reacts like that for all servers with your expansion (I assume it's TBC) you could go ahead and open a bug report ?

    Personally i use both.
Socks5 proxies for games, and an easy to "turn you pc into a proxy" like ExpressVPN for day to day proxy. :)

I rented some extremely cheap VPSs which I set up socks5 proxies up on and then I also have a VPN with around 20 different locations for other uses :)

Ok so I've read through your guide.  (thanks again btw)  I think I am comfortable with the setup.  The problem is the socks5 / proxy situation.   I do not claim to know a great deal about the socks5 / proxy at all.   I do have a purchased VPN that I  use  (privateinternetaccess.com)   Can I use that in the setup of proxy  or would I need to discontinue using that and do a premium socks5 setup?  and what pricing wise are we talking about.. basically I want to do 4 bots at a time if possible.    but still show each wow client as a different IP.     If I need to move to a premium proxy buy/rent  what do you use? suggestion.

If you want to use your VPN you have to set it up on another machine and then use some software to make a socks5 out of that.  (You can make a VM), this however is probably for more advanced users. ?

I would suggest to indeed use socks5, just because it's easier. ?

As Ordush mentioned you should probably discontinue the use of your VPNs and simply get ahold of socks5 proxies ?

Getting ahold of proxies being buying and not scraping trash public proxies.

Ok but what do you think. A random GM teleports people to gm island. They log out immediately. Pretty obvious right? Or maybe appeal the ban and act like you got in Loading screen and then your wow crashed and you decided to go to bed?? Haha i guess i just have to hope to not get ported at all lol

I usually monitor my bots while running them on active servers, so what happened was that the bot stopped upon being teleported to GM Island / Jail and I could simply speak with the GM in /say.

  12. 7 hours ago, Ordush said:

STOP the bot right away and talk to them.
Ask them why they teleported. Convince them you are not a bot.
50% of the time, they will port you back without a ban.

Agreed. I experienced this a few times on K3 from level 10 to 30.

Just stopping the bot instantly upon teleport and then manually jumping around or writing text and I was teleported back in all cases where this happened ?

can you only do this with proxyfier? also is it 35$ for each wow I want to run?

There's several different clients that can route wow client traffic through proxies.

Simply google proxifier comparisons and you'll find several programs - both free and paid ones.

  14. Guide to Botting with Proxifier

Hi, quite a few people are starting to ask how to bot through proxies etc., so I decided to rewrite a guide I found on another forum (Guess I can't mention nor link to other guides from other forums). The guide was made for Runescape clients, but works the same way for WoW clients.

Proxifier can be used to route WoW Clients' data through socks5 proxies. This program is essential if you are running multiple bots on a server.

    1. Part

You'll first of all need to download and install Proxifier from here: https://www.proxifier.com/download/#win-tab (Proxifier requires a license)

You'll need to either buy socks5 proxies or rent a VPS and setup the proxies there yourself (Buying them would probably be easiest for beginners)

    2. Part

Now when you've done that open up Proxifier. Go to Profile > Proxy Servers > Add

Now enter the credentials provided from your proxy service

    - IP: Port

    - Protocol Version (Strongly suggest you to use & buy SOCKS5)

    - Authentication (Username & Password for the proxy server)

Once you've filled in everything, hit the OK button. Should look something like this:

    sJ8cW3L.png

    not my own screenshot

    3. Part:

Go to Profile > Proxification Rules. Now Set the Default rule name to Direct under actions. You can remove the Local host rule as its for no use.

Now you want to click on the Add button and create a wow proxy rule. Name it whatever you feel like, I just used wow_1 since I'm only going to use for just that. Now under Target Hosts copy & paste this: *.runescape.* and now just select your proxy you want to use under Action tab and click the OK button. Now if you've done everything correctly it should look similar to this:

    pfEmsCG.png

picture is not mine and that's the reason it says runescape

Now you're done. Every time you open up your WoW clients you should be routing traffic through your proxies with the setup you just made.

If you're running several wow clients simply repeat step 2. and 3. by applying rules for wow_1.exe, wow_2.exe etc.

You don't need to copy your wow folder, simply copy wow.exe (duplicate wow.exe).

    Common questions:

What proxy should I use? I'd suggest you to use SOCKS5 all the way!

Can I use free proxies? Yes you can but it will prolly be flagged already. I don't recommend this.

Where can I get paid proxies? Use google, there are tons of sites that offer premium proxies. Make sure to read and do some research about the company selling them first before buying.

    Feel free to ask questions!

Can you give me a link to some information on this method?   So does it show to the GM's who ip check that each toon is on a diff IP

Simply purchase the Proxy Client Proxifier and setup socks5 proxies through it.

    You'll have to duplicate your wow.exe into wow_1.exe, wow_2.exe ... wow_n.exe

After that you'll be able to make rules for each wow_n.exe and choose which proxy to route the traffic through :)
