Affliction Warlock 12.14

Could someone that uses this profile please help me.   
Ive been awhile for awhile but never had trouble like this.

Char will just stand there when in combat the whole time, wont fight at all.

Sometimes it will cast Doomguard when its up but not always, 

Any suggestions 

UPDATE  Wont summon pet

Hi, I have a problem. The Rota works really well. Only in the raid I have problems. Especially with the Raidboss, the rota simply stand still.

The only bad thing i noticed is that it does not refresh Agony before it runs out.
