Some assistance required configuring the bot

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I wasn't really sure where I could get the specific assistance I need, or where the problem stems from:

I've basically just started using WRobot so I'm not too well versed with the settings and such, but I've tried tinkering with various permutations of blacklist / options.

I'm using Matenia's TBC 1-80 Enh shammy for TBC and WOTLK, and Bambo's 1-70 horde grinder profile.

It was going great for the first few levels, but around level 10 or so, it started to constantly die due to the bot not moving to targets it intends to fight (in durotar). It then starts to blacklist the mobs.

This repeats in a cycle until many mobs are blacklisted but still alive, and when running around the area, the bot gains agro on these mobs, but it will not fight back as they have been blacklisted (or so I assume). This leads to the bot constantly getting hit by packs of 2-3 mobs and not even fighting back and dying constantly.

Anyone have ideas what might be the issue, and how to solve it?

I'll try running the bot again to encounter this issue for the log file.

Edit: I've also got no idea why it seems to ignore aggressive mobs when trying to mine.

Thanks

Please update the fightclass (by redownloading) and try again. I made some updates to it recently that could potentially resolve a range pull problem.
Please also make sure you aren't using the wRobot setting "Caculate target distance by size", as that is only needed for buggy vanilla servers and causes a lot of issues in TBC.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try redownloading and changing that setting
