raid intense/difficulty change?

hello still kind new here is there a option or plugin that will reset a raid intense or change it from 10 to 25 and back? i am farming Firelands and the plugin I have only resets the dungeons.

Hello, lua code can change from one version of wow to another but you must use lua, try https://wowwiki.fandom.com/wiki/API_SetDungeonDifficulty and https://wowwiki.fandom.com/wiki/API_SetRaidDifficulty
