no matter how many times i try to start the bot it will not

OK i ran the web installer and got what is show in img i then ran and installed the dev pack and still getting the error

I installed visual studio community and still not working as for the uninstall and reinstall how do i do it i am using windows 10 and .net 4.6.2 is protected and i cant uninstall it/ find it in programs and features.

Would this article be of any help?

It's more of an explanation I believe for the layman to help identify the problem.

Maybe a .dll is missing from the directory?

I reference to my question above. I have found a thread that claims to of found a fix/workaround;

Tried this but still getting
