January 24, 20179 yr So after setting up a combat profile I have noticed that if I have just the Rank 1 spell then it works fine but it wont use the Rank 2 version.
January 24, 20179 yr Author Okay I figured it out for some reason you have to have Rank 1 and Rank 2 of the spell on the bar.

January 24, 20179 yr If you can wait next update and tell me if this problem is resolved (if you don't need to have rank 1 for use rank 2)
