That specific line is a Microsoft .NET error.  im just pasting it here to show you- i wouldnt follow the action here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/2971005/error-message-when-you-compile-applications-to-target-the--net-framewo 

Droidz put in a bunch or pre-requisites like SlimDX and specific .net versions needed- have those all been installed?

Will check on that when I get home, also I bought wrobot for private server does that matter? And when I updated it I chose 1.12.1 vanilla, playing on elysium
