Key Saying Expired but I paid for 3 and only have access too 2.

Please see above title, I paid for three licenses but one said pending renewal after only using it for one day? Can someone please fix thx.

Purchased	10/28/17
Expires	10/31/17

Second:

Purchased	10/29/17
Expires	11/01/17

And current:

Purchased	10/30/17
Expires	11/02/17

All subscriptions work for 3 days, I do not understand why you pay every day.
