When I open the exe file, I get the prompt to allow the program to run and then nothing happens. I've tried to follow the directions on the help topic but I'm having no luck.

well...there doesn't seem to be a log folder. The app hasn't launched at all apparently.

It is working now. I must have been doing something wrong. Thank you for the fast response
