How does BG profile work????

How does BG profile work? How do I assign my own routes... I see down below an option to create a profile. But how do I use it afterwards? 

 

I do not understand how this works. Can someone explain ?

Hello, it is like than grinder profile, record loop path and save it to "\Profiles\Battlegrounder\" (by sample, for Arathi Basin Alliance profile, select file "[A]AB.xml")
