The robot will see the NPC then then he'll take the quest, he'll do the quest and then he'll validate the quest. The robot will then take another quest but he will not succeed to take the quest and he stay on the newspaper or else the robot thinks he took the quest and he will walk a little before going back to see the NPC and repeat the action indefinitely.
