what i have done

1)diasble all plugins and tryed 2-3 fcs

2)disable all addons

3)triple check .NEt adn c++ https://prnt.sc/ki0x7y

3)lowed fps to 15

Still the same.nothing changes with the plugin

How can I test more?Any programs to alalyze cpu or something? 

You can try to download another wow client, you can also try to running bot in VM
