#1 you could have just used the trial on a private server before buying a key to test it out (that's why its there). #2 HB is the same way in that you pay for the bot and any kind of profiles you have to get separately whether free or not. #3 have fun with HB when its not around in a month.

Try logging into the account through the bnet website and see if you can get in. If you can get in, try resetting the info on the relogger and try again. If you cant get in try a password reset.

Also check and see if your account password was reset. Are you using a relogger?

I really don't get why eu keys are almost half that of us keys in price. What's the deal?

The trial key is used for private servers and is limited to 15 minutes at a time. The key is "trial" without the quotes.
