Closest flight point for pathing to start is "Stormtorn Foothills", which is neutral (Horde and Alliance).
I have expanded this profile. This pathing does require your bot to run through a lot of mobs, highly recommend that you select "Ignore Mobs While in Ground Mount" option found in "Advanced Settings" under "Mount Options" (refer to the additional screenshot for visual assistance).
Obtainable items on this path:
Skinnable: Stonehide Leather (Wolves) and Stormscale (Dragons) -- (Note: make sure you have "Skin/Gather/Mine Mobs" turned on in your settings to take advantage of this option). *Note: Having this option toggled on can also cause your bot to attempt to skin dead NPC animals that cannot yield leather. Herbalism: Fjarnskaggl Mining: Leystone and Felslate This path also takes you near a couple of rares in the area. Please make sure that your character is equip to handle these encounters. The pathing does try to avoid them, but there is a chance they will aggro (and believe me, they will).

This is a "set-it and forget-it" grinder profile for herbalists to kill "Vilepetal Rooters" and "Defiled Grovewalkers" in Val'Sharah by the Darkheart Thicket dungeon (Closest Flight Point: Starsong Refuge). Yielding an enormous amount of Dreamleaf (yield rate dependent upon your kill speed). This profile goes in a crescent-moon-like shape around the dungeon, carefully avoiding the non-profitable area of the owlkin.
Special Instructions for maximum yield:
Make sure "Skin/Gather/Mine Mobs" is selected under settings. Make sure "Can attack units already in combat" is selected in Advanced Settings. (The reasoning: This area is susceptible to World Quests which can generate a lot of popular activity, however, should one of your faction players attack a mob, you can tag it as well, and if they are not an herbalist, you can then tap the mob and herb it.) Make sure "Ignore fighting if in ground mount" is NOT selected in Advanced Settings. (The last thing you want to do is fly through this place with a billion things attacking you. Besides, 80% of the mobs you are attacking here, you are also herbing.) You can die if:
You are on a PVP server. This route is right outside a dungeon, which means enemy faction players can and will gather here for Mythics. You are on a PVP server. This route is part of a World Quest which generates attention. If your character is not equip (either by gear or Fight Class) to handle this farm. I have yielded over thousands of Dreamleaf thus-far with non-stop, uninterrupted grind. Again, I cannot stress enough that; your yield-rate is 100% dependent upon your kill-rate. If you are not geared enough for your level (as the mobs in this expansion do scale), I would advise using a more safe Fight Class (if you can go healer, tank, or utilize a tanky-pet profile, I would advise doing such).

Update:
You can run into the dungeon if:
You have "Skip indoor nodes" turned off. The nodes inside the dungeon are considered "indoors" for some reason. You have Harvest Minerals turned on. (Most of the nodes that spawn inside or around the dungeon portal are minerals.)

Don't manually gather Ancient Mana nodes ever again.
I got really tired of having to have a ton of Ancient Mana for everything related to Suramar, so I put this profile together. The pathing starts at Meredil and ends in Meredil. The path avoids the Fel, the City, Jandvik, and the top of Tel'anor (with the ghosts).
This profile will gather:
Ancient Mana Shard Ancient Mana Chunk Ancient Mana Crystal If you're an Herbalist (you can get Ancient Mana from herbs and you know this already), and you only want Ancient Mana and nothing else, make sure to turn off "Harvest Herbs" and "Harvest Minerals", or you may run off the pathing.
It has been 20 minutes with the profile running and I already have 900 mana (I am on a Full population server). Results may vary.
I recommend having "Ignore mobs while in ground mount" selected.

This is a simple Glassfin Minnow* profile I threw together for myself and I'm interested in sharing it with the community in hopes that it is as successful for you as it is for me.

The profile fishes in Crystalsong Forest, below Dalaran (for convenience). The profile will tread across the entire lake and river.


* Glassfin Minnows are used to make Water-Walking Elixirs for Alchemists, and Ethereal Oil that can be sold decently or used for fun.
