Bot continues to open and close vendor not actually selling anything.

Hello, in your settings you have selected to sell only gray (poor) items, in your bag you have gray items?

@Droidz bot collected white and green items but will not mail them to my selected toon. I have use mail selected, the bot goes to try and sell at the inn. Sits there opens and closes the window (bag is full of leather white items) then it sometimes finds the mailbox, runs out skins another item decides the bags are full and repeats itself. 

@Droidz also to clarify, I did have some addons running initially. All of those addons have been disabled. Still the same issue

Share your log file please, do you have mailbox in your "npc db" or profile?

I have attached the below log. I have seen it mail the items once last night but not since. It does not stop at the mailbox anymore just runs past it. 

Regarding the NPC, I have no idea.
