Getting the updated profiles when they are bought?

Sooo... I hope its okay to ask in here?
But when you buy a profile and the profile gets updated is it just me who¨s blind or do you have to buy it again after each update ? 

I dont seem to could see where I can get it again once the creator got it updated... Tried to contact the seller, but not responding.

Sometimes you can get a re-download from sellfy.  If you have the receipt it should have the link (assuming the author has put the updated file on sellfy).

 

otherwise contact direct via PM / Fourms is the only option.

If you're talking about updating the bot itself, you'll get an popup when you start the bot if there's a new update. No pop = no update needed. If you're talking about profiles, need to personally pm the maker of the profiles.

I was talking about when your buying for example a gatherer profile :)

But for some reason I did see the receipt when I bought it, but thought it would automatically get on my mail as everything else, so didnt bother to take a screenshot or anything of it -.-
Cant find it anywhere now though... But yea thought so too, unfortunatly the maker of the profile dont respond to anything anymore - or so it seems :)
