If you want use spell only out of combat, add condition "Me In Combat" > "False".

With profile gatherer  it's not work.

With profile gatherer  it's not work.

And My Macros in profile gatherer  not work.

If you want regen yourself out of combat use regen feature (in advanced general settings)

In profile paty my macros working, but in profile gatherer  not work.

I had a similar problem, so i wrote a small plugin.

You can use it, casts regrowth out of combat when under <85% life. Edit the regrowth.cs for your need.

Copy in plugin folder and activate it.

Nah im pretty sure i just wait for the spell cast and dont move
