Downloading profiles

How do I download profiles. when I click download files an internet explorer page comes up but doesn't load anything?

Do you try to install them from Wrobot software ? 
If yes, you should install them from the website (here). You'll have to place the file you get in the folder ( Grinder for grinder, quester for quester ... easy ! )

I have an active sub and I have tried both ways (website and software) but there is no script on the internet explorer page like the ones already installed on the software?
