Rogue wont move towards targets

I am trying to test out a rogue on Party. But, I cant get it to close distance. I have it setup similar to any other party I have setup. It stands between 8-14 yards away but will not close distance to attack range. This is the same thing he does when he is on a grinder profile and in a party while someone else party bot follows him. When the other character gets attacked the rogue will not help, he just looks at the target and targets it (He closes distance just fine when he is the attacker and not defending a party member ). But will not move closer to attack range.
