i can't get druid to use flight form while gathering

i have no idea what is wrong with it. i just got my lowbie druid to 300mining+herb and i added Flight Form to general settings and set "use flying mount" on and on product settings "use flying mount at all times and it just does this:

even tho i have flying form and i can fly with it it says i can't... why?

strange thing here is my main druid works no problems with flight form and both have same settings..
