I cant seem to figure out how to make one myself, just need a really standard one.

i think tbc druid feral is quite the same as on wotlk... You could try wotlk one

I tried out but it seems not casting Mangle for some reason. Neither Faerie Fire. Its just spamming Rake. I can't figure out why, I tried to change names and conditions already but he wont use anything else then Rake 

I think alot of these profiles are pretty fail  and even the ret paladin one that is posted seems to have to drink every mob pull.  Youll prolly need to buy PQR scripts off some script dealer which i think are pricy i haven't bought any and not even sure they work anymore unless someone here posts a working fightclass but it seems lot of spell reconition is kinda broken in tbc.

feral is atm not working cause all the (Cat) (Bear) (Feral) abilities like Mangle, Faerie Fire and Feral Charge arent working 

Actually, i have a decent feral version that i'm using atm. It's no way near full and very simple but it uses rake, mangle, fearie fire and rip. It heals with regrowth under 50% and adds a rejuv if you are below 40% aswell. Use it if you want :) 

 

The trick to using the feral specific spells (mangle and fearie fire (feral) is to use a macro/lua script instead. Further you have to input the exact rank of the spells in the macro. Note that i'm a total noob (started yesterday) so sorry if i'm missing something obvious here!
