May you please tell me how to convert from .cpr (vanilla botter) combat profiles to wrobot.eu format (.xml)?

I understand that the converter tool is there, and it might even be better to just make my own profile, but the thing is, the Loctus Profile Collection gives TBC players a 100+ hour jump-start.

Currently it isn't possible. Profile converters are low priority currently so you can't expect for it to be implemented anytime soon
