party bot will not heal anyone

I am new to this and cannot figure out how to get party bot to heal anything at all.

Party bot will need to be set to healer mode and you need a fightclass that is pretty much built for healing / group healing.

I was trying on a resto shaman. had it on healer mode but when I enter the dungeon it will not heal. it still tries to fight.
