refund Refund/time extend when boots down?

So i just bought 3 days, and at launch it says boot is detected and need update.

Why are you still selling new keys without informing about this?

Or will the new order get new keys when bot is usable again?

I believe you can get free time after bot is fixed. It can take a while before it is undetectable again so have a chat with Droidz and find a deal that satisfies both sides. One possibility is freeze the license untill further notice

Shouldn't have been a buy option in the first place when the item sold, can't be used. So hope this get's sorted.

Im Curious as well as long as the Red Warning alert saying the bot is detected on launch is active then its down time.  This bot is s monthly sub not something you can buy outright.

Do we get this time added back to our subscription ?

Oh quit whining, you missed out on what.. 5 days? ( That's how long the red warning was there) so roughly 1.5 euros? 

FYI program was still usable while the warning was up, if you decided not to use it.. well that's on you.
