In advanced general settings tab "Food/Drink" put your item name in "Food name"  and "Drink name"

 

I have the same problem, the food in the settings is listed but the bot just sits and waits until mana or health restores itself

FoodIsSpell = True ; DrinkIsSpell = True

You use consumable items, so you have to disable IsSpell
