Decided to run this profile on a warrior (had to choose the lowest scored class) from level 1 - Works very will. Reached level 32 so far.
The bot is rarely stuck and only dies occasionally on big mob packs.
Good job so far! ?
I'm glad to hear that. ?
Did you experience these stucks and deaths at specific places? Were they out of the ordinary?
-
Enjoy! And please tell me if something isn't working for you. :)

Looks good so far (lvl 18), combat functions much better. Dead range only happend to me in rare occasions. Caves remain bad, but its far away from broken and tolerable. Serpent Sting is not used when fighting elemental units, but still against mechanicals.

I've updated now. :)
Nice! I'll give it a try asap and report back. :)

Edit #1: Just a couple minutes using the profile and I noticed that it over runs mobs quite often and gets stuck in dead range not really doing anything. If the mob is between 8-35yards away, the bot moves back to a specific range. Would like to see less backpedaling in range of mob.
I recommend using 1.0.0 until Ordush fixed it.
-
Damn, that sucks! All fine, take your time. Just wanted to let you know.
Get well soon!
-
1.0.1 runs overall better (Cheetah, less chain pulls by backpedal), but I experienced that the bot is getting stuck frequently in dead range, where it can't use ranged attacks nor melee. Worked much better in 1.0.0.

private bool useSerpent(WoWUnit unit) { return unit.CreatureTypeTarget != "Mechanical" && unit.CreatureTypeTarget != "Elemental"; } if(useSerpent(ObjectManager.Me.TargetObject))
Not tested, but similar code works for warrior.

When is this coming out ? Will you be able to start with any level toon?
Second week of February. There are three points to start at: 1. Level 1 (obviously) 2. Level 18/19, if you didnt do any quests in Lakeshire, Darkshire and Wetlands. 3. Level 30, if you didn't do any quests in Stranglethorn, Hillsbrad or Ashenvale. Besides dungeon, class and group quests. You can be on a higher level to start, but if you already did any quests the profile wanna do, things can get messed up.

In vanilla, you can't check for immunity, but i can set a timer on Serpent Sting, which however, is a bad idea, because serpent sting can miss.
I will look into if i can read for "immune" somehow.I was using another bot a couple of months ago, that had an inbuild function to get the target's species. So you could just exclude specific species as a valid target for Serpent Sting. Don't know if wRobot provides such a function as well.
QuoteI will however look more into it. :)
Great. As I said, minus these flaws it's pretty decent. :)

Nice fight class, especially being able to change settings in game on the fly is awesome. Nevertheless, I have some minor issues with the fight class:
-A immunity check or some kind of cooldown would be great for Serpent Sting. Right now, the bot will spam Serpent Sting each GCD, if fighting mechanical, undead etc. enemies that are immune to poison
-Sometimes in the open (for example if there is a fence or a hill behind) and very often in caves, the bot moves back into a wall as long as the fight goes on, not fighting back as well. Looks very fishy. Better use melee if backpedal is not possible
-Backpedal also leads to some weird chain body pulls. Bot pulls one or two mobs, pet gets aggro, walks back, adds another one and so on. Using the least possible range of 8/9 could reduce the amount of moments it occurs
-Aspect of the Monkey until level 10 would be a nice addition

Is this just a subset of a larger questing profile? This profile has worked excellent and i'd like to purchase the rest if that's a thing...
Hello, yes it is, but I need a few more weeks to balance it for weak solo classes (Warrior / Rogue), doing some minor bug fixing and implement missing features. First part will be 1-40, 40-60 will follow later. I'll also release some video footage to give everyone interested an honest impression of what to expect from the profile.

You should add dedicated trainers and vendors (that sell food/water, preferably) as well as repair NPCs in the quester profile. It makes it more reliable.
Then you can add a line toto only use profile NPCs. That'll help with it going to random NPCs the user may have in his database or not going to trainer at all.
That's a neat idea, probably helping with a similar problem I encoutered recently as well. As always, thank you very much for your advice. :)

You are welcome. :)
48 minutes ago, Matenia said:Hey, just a small addition. This is C# code you can use to add items (westfall stuff) to your DoNotSell-List:
wManager.wManagerSetting.CurrentSetting.DoNotSellList.Add("Okra");
Thanks Matenia, I'll add that!

It needs a repair vendor in westfalls
You have to go to General Settings -> Other Options -> Automatically add nearest NPCs to database and activate repair & vendors.

yes, it didn't want to enter the broken ship through a window. I used a melee class so that might be the issue. Sorry for not having more information, I just noticed it on my melee bot. I believe the warlock bot made it through that quest because of the voidwalker pet.
Only tested it on my local server, but it should avoid the ship now in general or at least swim around it.

I wanted to add some more feed back. There is a murloc quest in the wastfall that put the bot in the water next to a ship. This causes the bot to not move or die. I would recommend on any quests to keep the bot out of water, if you can.
Does the bot get stuck there / entering the ship and not respecting the blacklisted area? I'll look into it.
-
@payyn518 Thanks for your review! (First one, woohoo ) Any thoughts on what to improve?
I'm working on a 1-60 profile, 1-40 (1-20 in an improved version) is more or less done and tested, 40-45 is recorded but needs more testing. There are also features missing, like automated boats, hearthstones and most class quests. But due to time limitations and me not wanting to release something uncompleted, it won't come out before 2018.

Bot does not realize bags are full and tries to hand in lvl 3 quest until I stop it.
Horrible.
So is your problem description. As Matenia said, vendoring is not done by the profile. There can occur a problem if you receive more items as quest reward, than you have actually free space in your inventory left, but not less enough to trigger vendoring. So try to increase empty inventory slots or give me a useful description of whats wrong.

Hey the combine plugin for vanilla does not open clams. In fact it seems to do nothing at all.
Same problem. I get disconnected after a couple of seconds, if I activate the plugin.

I will test your profile until there is a problem (if so) and will report back.
You are very welcome to do so.

Fixed and tested. Should now work as intended.

You two are right. I assume the quest has been changed on Eylsium recently (https://github.com/elysium-project/server/pull/1543), so that you are required to have done the Brotherhood quest to do Milly Osworth. However, that leads to problems with later steps, due to Brotherhood of Thieves being an important trigger for Grape Manifest.
I'll release a fixed version within the next hours, please tell me if the problem still occurs.

Well, here in Swabia we say, a lack of complaining is praise enough. So I assume it's awesome.
