2 IPs per wRobot license  it means only 2 warriors can be running same time or im idiot and my english is bad (i know is bad :P)

Yes, it means PER purchase, you can only run 2 warriors. However, if you run all wRobot instances through the same IP, you can run as many as you want. 
So - if you run each wRobot in a VM with a different VPN - only 2 at a time.

If you run each wRobot in a dfiferent VM with a proxy (only proxying wow through socks5), you can run as many as you want.
If you run 10 wRobots on your main computer, no VMs, you can run all of them using this fightclass without problems.

No it does not use hamstring. I don't really see why it would. It's not for PvP.

Change it in the settings if you don't want it to sit down to maintain crit buffs... 

why do i keep hearing an annoying sound over and over? like its turning attack on and off

Turn your sound off. It has to check action bar for skill usability

I just purchased this FightClass and when I try to run it it says I'm trying to use it on another IP.

I'm only running one instance of WRobot, don't use proxies, virtualbox, etc. and I have never tried to run this FightClass before.

It can take up to 5 minutes for the authentication system to pick up your new purchase. 
Make sure you enter the correct order id into the fightclass settings (not into HMP plugin settings).

Fight class worked fine until i got WW ability then now it just pools rage and doesnt spend it an only auto swings until execute range. Tried to restart bot loaded fine anything im missing in regards to having to change?

Is there a wrobot hook for disease status effects (ie. 30 min diseases) that you could search for using Stoneform dwarven racial please? I seem to run into it pretty frequently when farming spiders or in duskwood lots of mobs that have disease effects. Seems maybe fairly simple as a fight class tweak or as its own plugin.

Well, then you should contact me for support with your order ID and a log file on Discord, like it says in your purchase email. 
You'll find that this is Vanilla 1.12.1 only and there is NO guarantee it supports modified clients. If you patch your WoW.exe in any way, I can't guarantee that my code still works.
