About This File

First release quest profile for Horde 20-28.  This profile was built tor bots with no heirlooms and no guild  XP bonus's.  

This should pick up from the 1-20 quester profile http://wrobot.eu/files/file/571-undead-quester-1-20/ .  If you completed that profile I highly recommend completing some random dungeons to pick up some gear as it will help a lot with this profile.  most of the bots I used for QA on this profile started at 21-22 and the ones with instance gear faired much better.  There are some grinder portions to the profile so starting at 20 wont be an issue if you have the gear to survive (you will be fine if your running heirloom'd bots).

You need to start this profile in the Northern Barrens at kadrak... get there yourself.

 

Settings!

  • You need to enable selling white items otherwise the bot will just stop as it wont be able to pick up quest items.   I also advise getting additional bags asap as the constant running to town to sell can really mess up the exp rate.
  • Put the search radius to 35/40
  • Allow attack target already in fight
  • Define a ground mount...
  • YOU NEED YOUR OWN FIGHT CLASS ...or one of mine

The bot may collect some quests that it wont attempt to complete...you need to abandon them manually at the end.

I'm looking to start a new profile for 28-35, just need to find the time to do them... If you have anything constructive to add let me know and i will add it to the profile.

Agreed thanks for the effort you are putting in i wish i was smart enough to do this but i'm only good for grinder and gatherer profiles :)

I know I'm doing something wrong, It's giving me an error saying 'FollowNPC' is not a valid easyquester type or something of the sort, is there something else I need to set to make this work?

ugh, yeah there are some stale "follow" and "followpath" quests in there that i defined and never put into the pulse-line.

 

I removed them and uploaded a new profile.  i have run 20+ bots through this and never got any issues.... you are running this on 6.2 (WoD) right?.

No I'm actually using it on 5.4.8 Pandaria. I'm going to give the other one a shot and get back to you, thanks for such a fast response. :)

that error has gone away but now It's saying something about error CS0826: No best type found for implicity-typed array, says it twice in the error message.

will this only work on WoD? because it is looking for a file in appdata

it was built for WoD 6.2.  If it works on any other version it s a bonus.  sounds like the Wrobot version for 5.5 servers doesn't like the instructions.

Works great so far, i just found one little Bug. In Ashenvale there is this one "half-dead" Alliance-PVP-Mob named "Anillia or "Allinia" something like that i cant remember. You can only attack her when you are pvp-flagged. Bot just stood there, tried to cast Frostbolt the whole time but couldnt, because he was not flagged. When i activated PvP manually, bot killed the mob and started back to his work again. This happened while "Grinding for Filler". No big deal though. You should show me sometime how to create questerprofiles like this, i would love to create such profiles too and support the community and devs.

Got an NPC ID?  i can add it to blacklist-  as for quest profile creation

So i dont know where to get the NPC ID, except from adding the NPC in WRobot but im long finished ago in Ashenvale. Anyhow her name is "Anilia" located in Ashenvale at the Satyrs and is a questgiver for alliance players i think. I loaded all your profiles now, to see how well it goes :) Your last profile is 58 - 63 as it seems, you have anything more?
