Closest flight point for pathing to start is "Stormtorn Foothills", which is neutral (Horde and Alliance).

I have expanded this profile. This pathing does require your bot to run through a lot of mobs, highly recommend that you select "Ignore Mobs While in Ground Mount" option found in "Advanced Settings" under "Mount Options" (refer to the additional screenshot for visual assistance).

Obtainable items on this path:

  • Skinnable: Stonehide Leather (Wolves) and Stormscale (Dragons) -- (Note: make sure you have "Skin/Gather/Mine Mobs" turned on in your settings to take advantage of this option). *Note: Having this option toggled on can also cause your bot to attempt to skin dead NPC animals that cannot yield leather.
  • Herbalism: Fjarnskaggl
  • Mining: Leystone and Felslate

This path also takes you near a couple of rares in the area. Please make sure that your character is equip to handle these encounters. The pathing does try to avoid them, but there is a chance they will aggro (and believe me, they will).

What's New in Version 2.1

Released

Update: Per @jeropa25's report of an unsafe cliff near Hrydshal(43, 63) I have added a small blacklist of the surrounding area for the cliff, where the bot should (in theory) avoid getting too close. In the event that the bot does fall off the cliff, I have added a path that will jump off the cliff into the water and walk up the side. You'll have to fight some sharks along the way, no big deal. This will prevent the bot from falling off the cliff, and prevent the bot from trying to jump up the wall, should the blacklist fail. This has been tested extensively, if you run into any different response, please notify me immediately.

Enjoy and as always, please notify me of any issues, errors, or bugs, and I will diligently work on them until this profile is foolproof.

Also a response to @idntcare and @Sangomma; I will be working on globally blacklisting any non-profitable nodes that the bot attempts to gather in the future. So please look for that update when it rolls around.

    Its a gatherer profile... why even try to load it as a grinder?

    Doesn't work won't loot anything killed kills too many random things and doesn't even skin or loot just mounts up and runs to the next thing to kill gathering herbs only gathers half way then runs away from the herb and mounts up runs back and fourth for awhile then mounts again dismounts to fight then mounts then decides to fight. Skips any herb I put infront of it's face.

    Your Settings seem off. Working nice here.

     

    @kyln: Today (20/09), World Boss Nithogg was added. He is right in the middle of the path, around 46, 31. Bot will die forever once it goes thru. Black Zoning (sux) it is not working.

    I'll make a separate file for the top and blacklist his location. That way it'll go around it still, and once he's gone, you can swap back to the non-Nith profile.

    Please don't be confused just because the mobs that your character will kill are skinnable, this is 100% a gathering profile. Please refer to the profile summary for extensive details. Thank you.

    I created a new profile and re-did  the pathing, it should correctly avoid Nithogg. Not sure why the blacklist didn't work previously, it did avoid him during the test run. Test it out now.

    still going to Nithogg even with the update... i used the Non Nithogg profile... frustrating because i liked this profile in stormheim

    Non Nithogg is used when there's NO Nithogg.

    Why does the bot run to the wolf bridge now unlike the last version where skipping the bridge happened? Big Packs of Wolves encountered

    Try the Non-Nithogg version, now that the world boss has changed.

    It falls down at where you cross the bridge just below Lorna's watch.

    Has anyone noticed a change in the last day regarding herbs? I am running this same profile like I always have been, and all the sudden today I'm not finding any herbs. Did they lower the spawn rate, or change it so that everyone shares herbs now instead of having their own?
