Sudden Pathing problems

Hey

Ive been running gathering for a few days with no problems. But today, for some reason, the pathing to the nodes isnt working. I haven't changed anything.

23:09:22.370 - [Farming] Farm Iron Deposit > -1315 ; -2938 ; 41,377 ; "None"
[D] 23:09:22.851 - [PatherServer] Select server 1
[D] 23:09:23.086 - [Farming] Cannot make path to the target (Iron Deposit), ignore it.

This is what it looks like in the log. Any idea how to solve this?

I just realized my Data/Meshes folder is completely empty. Any idea why the files got deleted? Or is it supposed to be empty? 

Starting today I have had a lot of issues too even with a questing profile. The bot will attempt to run directly to the quest giver instead of using proper paths.
