A lvl 1 invite my bots, when I log one, he invite me a few minutes after...

Is this a player who invite all the players of the server or he know i'm a bot or something ? wtf

Then put him on ignore, end.

Don't be paranoid, a level 1 char, random inviting, is the last of your problem if you are using a bot. (not to mention it's very likely he's a bot aswell)

Its a new chinese gold farmer tactic, now that they can't talk until level 15. They have a script that invites people from the world into a raid so they can spam gold sites.

Modified time values, so it fires right away. But be aware that it can decline other popups as well. It's only a workaround

Unless you have a plugin doing it, your char should not be accepting invites automatically.
You can use https://wrobot.eu/files/file/1664-free-requesthandler/ to specify if you want to accept or decline specific invites (party, guild, etc.)
I could potentially modify it to check whether the person inviting you is below a level threshold, if that's what you're looking for.
