I have been adding support for the new mechanics in 7.1.0 (No more healing touch, replaced with regrowth, for example). 
Hopefully it works for you. (At least it works for me)
Use the same talents as Legion Cat Druid by BetterSister.
Feel free to modify to suit your needs better or tell me if you see some flaws on the rotation, i'm very new to the bot and my understanding of the feral druid is still rusty.

This is a try out to see if it works on non English games.
Let me know if it works, then I can work further on it.
I tested it in LFR and it worked for my English client.

All my Profiles i try to make the bot looks like human, and use every single skill available.
This profiles is not diferent. He will do elites, packs of mobs, pvp, everything optimal and dont waisting big cooldowns in a single mob.
Keep in mind that my profiles is in constant update as i play the character and make adjustments.

Optimized for leveling and pvp with defensive and survival actions! Can be used on dungeon too! Max dps Output!

Probably the best feral routine you will get. Use the talents as shown in screenshot.
If you want to use it for raiding, you can use Lunar Inspiration also, but remember, for all non-raid purpose, you should take the talents as shown.
It was a painfull way to optimize the routine the way I wanted to getting max dps out of it.
Use it and give feedback if you think you have better options.
This is a .dll file, to load this routine, unpack it in your FightClass folder and open it like you load a .xml file. If you don't see the routine, make sure you enable show all files in the search window.

Works all the way from 10 to 110 lvl. i've used it on both of my mages from 10-100+ and it works really well. At 100 lvl you can solo* any quest monster without issues
* = Not guaranteed but i didn't have issues
NOTE! Doesn't create food on its own
talents 1 1 3 2 1 2 3 (75lvl talent might be changed to Ring of Frost someday)

Based on the recommendations of Icy Veins (29.08.2016). Multi-target Support. LFR and PvP tested . Artefact used. Talents (1,2,3,2,1,1,1)
In raids and groups the spells didnt start, before the first hit (i.e. from tank) is on the Mob. If you are solo, every mob will be attacked. 
Since version 1.4 it should be able to use this file in PvP. You have to enable Kidney Shot and Cheap Shot and to disable Shuriken Storm. If you need special combinations for PvP please request them in the comments
 
Please remember: There are optional spells, you can switch them off and on in the General Settings panel (see screenshot)

I did NOT add the survival,dps and mobility cooldowns to use them manually when needed.
All the skills getting executed according to "Enrage" buff exists or not.
Note: I will be updating the XML pretty frequently for the first days to improve it. So please keep an eye on here for the updates.
