Are the mobs added to your attack list? You can add some lua code to taget @ > % HP in your fight class if you want.

for autoattack, in your wow settings disable it. Now for the way you want to attack, you have to set it in its priority properly and it will do as you say and according to the conditions you can set ( mostly lua there )

Using custom profile, you need to know how to code and lay it out properly for things to work right. It is a better idea to use grinder for just mob killing to simplify your bottling experience.

so you want to heal when your health is greater than 90% ? Try using Rejuvenation @ targetHealth < 60% So that is less than 60%

Someone may have access to your account. I suggested running a virus scan on your computer, and then changing all your passwords to hard to crack passwords with words numbers and special characters. Yeah i did this a while ago, it is tedious sometimes to find these things

Turn on auto loot from the WoW options. And try this, delete delete the bot in general, download the bot again, update it and try running it fresh.

This is a common problem, i think droidz missed something a while back. but i am sure he will fix it soon :) Thank you for the report.

Yes, we are very new still. And we have made the top strides to become the best bot around! I would love a bigger and better community! We are slowly getting there!
