    Hello, generally CPU usage is caused by fight classes or wrobot plugins. Try to add sleep time in your fightclasses (like "Thread.Sleep(50);")

    You WRobot settings seem good, Do you use wow addon? if yes try to disable all. Check also if you use good food/drink name (case sensitive)
