The "Franks and beans" quest requires to kill Vultures waaaay up in the sky. Really bad for melee. Also when he is done killing tarantulas and vultures, he doenst move on to the Goretusk. He will only kill goretusks if there is nothing else on sight. Had to manually finish or wait forever to get lucky. on "Lake Everstill Clean up" there are a lot of murlocs underwater, you might die there a few extra times. On "Nida's Necklace", the necklace can spawn on different locations. The bot goes only to one and stays there. I drowned and the quest will not complete.

General Settings > Enter Advanced Settings > Stop Game/Bot/Security > Pause Bot if Nearby Player Ypu have the options for search radius and time to stop the bot after he finds another player. Also, this is not recommended, you can get banned much faster if you ignore all players.
