Hunter 1-60 by Eeny 2.1.0

About This File

A Free Hunter FC you can use 1-60 without adding spells to the bars.  Built towards working with my vanilla levelling profiles

 

This profile works best with grinders where you are engaging mobs, not questers where you may aggro mobs.

Will attempt to feed the pet from the first  bag slots from the first bag.  So make sue you have food in there.

 

Rotation is simple

  • Will buff with aspect
  • Will use consumable scrolls on you / pet
  • Will try and move back if target is close and focusing pet
  • Will move closer if pet is low on health

Fighting is using a mana efficient approach

  • Hunters mark
  • Serpent sting
  • Arcane shot ( if mana > 75%)
  • Mend pet
  • Raptor strike if close

I know some spells are missing like bestial wrath / intimidation / aimed shot / feign death / trap.  these will be added with testing.

Edit for update: This is already the best performing hunter fight class on the site. amazing work as expected from eeny.

Very good so far!

 

I have a problem with it: The bot keep targeting himself (without casting anything), and i haven't set a keybind for self targeting.
Because of this, it can't take a quest or speak to a npc correctly.

And nothing about it on the wrobot log :(

 

edit: fixed it with a fresh install

Few things, I notice it never uses arcane shot no matter how much mana

 

also, it seems to "cast" auto shot every few seconds (to simulate the attack speed of the bow?) but I feel it attacks slow than when the auto shot is on auto cast so to speak. Could it be possible to remove that since serpent sting will activate this?

(EDIT) Seems putting auto shot on the action bar fixes the above ^

 

everything else is very nice! (mend pet, move away if mob is close, feed pet, etc..)

Leveled from 1 to 50 with this profile on Alliance, Works great, would love to see some BW / Rapidfire/ Intimidation on the rotation tho!!

 

I recommend this profile.

That's not what happens. They just turn around run to about 11 yards then TRIES to shoot but since the bot turned around it can't shoot so it turns like a little tiny bit tries to shoot and MAYBE does it again but make it def look like a bot then it does this.

Ya soon as I got my pet this stop working at all. You just run up to the mob attack it then your pet taunts it then you run away and face away from it and just stand there slowly turning around showing everyone hey im a bot and by the time you get facing the mob its dead or your pet is.

Edit: ok think i found the fix the res has to be the same as the screen wow is on so you need Vsync on i gues for it to turn. 

 

I do have one thing about the class tho. It will try to cast arcane shot none stop long as the mana is over 75% looking at the code, it's been years, I'm not sure if you can just add in a simple wait 10 seconds so its at least not spamming it.

Is there a way to detect how many units attack pet and how many units attack me? Let's say i want bot to use multishot when 2 or more units attack my pet. Also forbid mend if i am being attacked.

Another downside to this one is when it try's to cast mend pet it wont check to see if it's in range so if your pet get's low and your past 20 yrd it just sit's there trying to cast mend pet till your pet dies.

New version is wasting some time before attacking? "you are too far away" but im not? Not sure what its trying to do.

is there anyway to make this work in fight class editor?

Or can u show me where the movement code is? and how i can add it to my own fight class?

profile worked good until i got my pet. the bot only detect mobs when it's almost in melee range... it looks like it doesn't see the mobs anymore. this leads to a very botlike movement. is there any way to fix it?

 

EDIT: nvm, i solved it by changing the zone lol

yo dude first of all I wanna say good job.. ive been using it and its been working very well up to level 20. But now at lvel 20 its not using aspect of the cheeta, leveling would go much faster if it would use cheeta all the time unless it agros… then it would switch to eather monkey or hawk.

I looked into this, constant aspect dancing looks suspect AF and may get you noticed. You can change the aspect of the hawk over to cheetah if you edit the file if you like.

is there a way you can make it spec aspect of the Cheetah when out of combat for longer then 20-30 seconds?
this way the bot will only use cheetah when traveling for like delivering quests or running to vendor. 

I think could look very suspicious for a hunter to travel without aspect of the cheetah ?
