I want to return this product. I have purchased it 24 hours ago. I tried to used it for 3 hours & my account is banned. It cost me a 60 lvl geared account. I already opened a dispute in paypal.
 

That's on you, not on the bot. If you don't take the time to learn how to use it and just let it run instantly, probably without observing to see if whatever profile you were using works correctly, that's your fault. Never bot on accounts you can't afford to lose. That's the simplest rule.

The software works and you had the trial version to confirm that. 

This sounds like a personal problem. Since I’ve gotten a sub . I have not been banned or anything. Only problem I’m having is how to set up a proxy but that’s it.

User error or not, he had a bad experience. The guides here, for the most part suck and the fact every little thing from profiles to plugins cost money is also not too enticing to new members. I think he deserves a refund imo.

I have no idea how you could think he deserves a refund. There's plenty of information on the site to get a grasp on how to use the bot. There's also plenty of ban threads where people talk about their experiences on various servers. If he went ahead and just ran some random public profile without monitoring his bot for the first few hours of use it's definitely his own fault.

Also can you elaborate on what kind of information or tutorial you feel like is missing? Maybe we as community can work on that.

I recorded the path myself.
I loaded vanillafrostmage profile.
I have set the bot not to farm more than 200 minutes.
I got up at 5am to set up the bot so it would reduce risks.
Here we go, It cost me a geared account.
I'm not a gold farmer or account seller.
I just wanted to make some gold for epic mount, that's all.
I don't have enough time to play wow so wanted to try this but I will never again.
I'm kindly asking for a refund.
It's on dispute in paypal too.

Disputing was not the route to go. I retract my prior statement. I was lobbying for a refund or partial refund for you but the whole dispute thing is not/and is never, cool. 

Well, its on paypal's dispute. I'l do whatever I can do to refund my money . I do not care if it takes 3 months or 6 months.
It's not a consumable product. I'm not happy with the product, that's all. It made my main account banned. I'm trying to get a refund after 1 day. Even the 3rd world countries has a refund system. Charge me with the 1 day usage out of 365 day and return my money.

Unfortunately app maker doesn't answer dispute questions in paypal and I have to deal with these people.
Please cancel my key & refund my money. I will close the dispute as soon as you make a refund.
